While we ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

5. Tracking Your Order

6. International Shipping

  • RahmatCare is not responsible for customs charges or delays caused by clearance procedures.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

  • A free replacement or full refund will be issued if confirmed lost.

  • For COD orders (India – Coming Soon), refusal to accept delivery may result in account restrictions.

8. Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Once an order is shipped, modifications (address changes, product swaps) cannot be made.

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel by emailing support@rahmatcare.in.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled. You can initiate a return after delivery (Refer to our Return & Refund Policy).
