1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@rahmatcare.in.
  • After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the product, you may return it under our Return Policy below.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
βœ… The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
βœ… The wrong product was delivered.

🚫 Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
❌ If the product has been used or the seal is broken.
❌ If any accessories, invoices, or original packaging are missing.
❌ If the serial number has been tampered with.
❌ For hygiene-based products, unless defective.
❌ If the return request is initiated after 7 days from the date of delivery.


Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at support@rahmatcare.in within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name & Issue
    • Clear images of the defective/damaged/wrong product received.
  3. Our team will verify your request and approve the return if it meets the eligibility criteria.
  4. Once approved, ship the product back to us. We will provide you with the return shipping details.

Return Shipping Policy

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect product), Rahmat Care will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other return reasons, customers must bear the return shipping charges.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within:
    • 7 working days for online payments (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Wallets, etc.).
    • 14 working days for COD orders (transferred to your bank account).
  • Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the product does not pass our quality check upon return.
  • If the product is used, damaged, or missing accessories.
  • If the refund request is made beyond the 7-day return window.
  • Products purchased on sale or with discounts are non-refundable unless defective.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a replacement instead of a refund.
  • The replacement process follows the same return procedure.
  • We will ship the replacement product free of charge once the original product is received and inspected.

5. Warranty Policy (If Applicable)

  • Rahmat Care products come with a standard manufacturer warranty of 12 months, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Battery Warranty: If your product includes a built-in battery, it is covered for 12 months against any defects.
  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or normal wear and tear.

6. Legal Compliance and Consumer Rights

For Indian Customers

Our return and refund policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for defective products under applicable Indian laws.

For USA Customers

This policy complies with FTC regulations and consumer protection laws. Customers in the USA are entitled to a refund or replacement in case of major product defects.
