2. Order Processing & Dispatch
π Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment verification.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
π Dispatch Time:
- Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after processing.
- In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email/SMS.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

- USA: 5-7 business days.
- India (Coming Soon): 5-8 business days.

- 3 business days: $4.00
- 2 business days: $8.00

While we ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

4. Shipping Charges

- USA: Free standard shipping depending on your location on all orders.
- India (Coming Soon): Free standard shipping on all orders.

- USA: $4 for 3-day delivery, $8 for 2-day delivery.
- India (Coming Soon): Additional charges based on destination and order weight.
5. Tracking Your Order
π Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please email support@rahmatcare.in.
6. International Shipping
π Duties & Taxes:
- Orders may be subject to custom duties/taxes, payable by the customer.
- RahmatCare is not responsible for customs charges or delays caused by clearance procedures.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
π¦ Lost Shipments:
- If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier.
- A free replacement or full refund will be issued if confirmed lost.
πͺ Failed Delivery Attempts:
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
- For COD orders (India – Coming Soon), refusal to accept delivery may result in account restrictions.
π Stolen Packages:
- If your package is marked as βDeliveredβ but not received, check with neighbors/security.
- If still missing, contact support@rahmatcare.in within 48 hours for assistance.
8. Order Cancellation & Changes
π Order Modifications:
- Once an order is shipped, modifications (address changes, product swaps) cannot be made.
β Order Cancellation:
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel by emailing support@rahmatcare.in.
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled. You can initiate a return after delivery (Refer to our Return & Refund Policy).
